The article has as main issue the discussion about the curricular structure of seven Law Courses contemplated with the "Seal OAB recommended - 2015" in Santa Catarina state, Brazil. These courses are located in the following Higher Education Institutions (HEIs): Univeridade Regional de Blumenau (FURB), Complexo de Ensino Superior de Santa Catarina (CESUSC), Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Universidade da região de Joinville (UNIVILLE), Centro Universitário Barriga Verde (UNIBAVE), Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL) and Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (UNOESC).
